Cat gets a degree?

This makes me feel either less awesome or more awesome about getting a degree.

New Blog Idea

Hey Guy(s),
I've been playing around with a few blog ideas. Cause I like blogging, I really do, when I remember it.
I think maybe I'm gonna start a new blog when I get to college. Funny snippets of college life and such (assuming I get into college).
And, of course, as seen above, my little pessimistic remarks.
Been exploring a couple of blog sights, free ones of course (teehee no money) and ones that have multiple features (can easily upload vids and pics and such). Let me know what you think. I think for now the name is Psychosis Attacks, but I'm very willing to change.
Later, minions.

Surprise surprise

My last post was from the first day of school. What has this year taken out of me?
Really, it's mostly been work, and then working around work. I actually should be doing several projects now but I'm too lazy too.
Anyway, hopefully robotics will just take the place of work and I'll still be able to manage. It'll be good in a few weeks after midterms are over.
Is it summer yet?
Halfway through the year seems oddly fishy. Don't know if time is going too slow or too fast. Just trying to make it through. Seems as though I haven't been conscious for most of the year. I'm gonna try to change that. Now.
Anyway, nerds, I'm sorry for the neglect, and I don't promise to start trying harder (What? I'm a realist).
Don't really know what to blog about now. My mind is void of witty stories.
Maybe later.
Maybe.

Fresh Start?

One of these days, I'll realize what I'm getting myself into.
Of course all of the classes seem nice and manageable the first day. I'm an idiot for thinking I can go through this year with the same stress level of last year.
Yet I won't believe it until the work is actually upon me.
Trying to keep up. Lots of organizing today, then the busywork homework tomorrow.
One day I need to invent a device in which you input everything that has to get done, and since it knows you it knows how long you're going to take and it organizes your day so that you get everything done and are in bed by 10:30.
Yea right. Mine would explode.
I'm still on the hunt for a work system that fits me; hopefully I'll discover it this year.
Happy new school year (oxymoron?)! I love most of my teachers (especially Donahue. Seriously, that guy could have gone into stand-up comedy)
Good night, as I am about to fall over from a combination of jet lag and school starting. Post about the trip later.
Bye minions.

By the way, red hilights!

Avoidance

Guess what minions? Guess what I'm doing?
Righto! Avoiding homework.
Oh come on, I don't have that much left *cough jane eyre essay writer's presence responses to the lighthouse cough*
Give me a tiny break? I finished Prisoners without Trial and my Chinese Homework, both of which I wasn't supposed to have done by now.
Of course, the essay and the responses and part of To the Lighthouse were supposed to be done by now. It's a trade off.

Anyhow, I am out the beach with the beautiful Amber who is watching crappy tv at the moment (well, really since we've gotten here, she's hooked on ABC's "Cupid") (She is now watching the last episode that is available, hooray for us). They have been feeding me so much food how am I going to have any clothes left for Greece. The seafood sort of made me sick the other night, but it was good eating it. I got a wonderful Turkey Club last night. I'm also creating my own stockpile of Dark Chocolate hot cocoa mix because I can.

Beach is fun. The waves are just so high that I'm not bored but just so low that I'm not drowning. We "built" a pit yesterday in which we had one of our infamous "mud" a.k.a. wet sand fights. Basically towards the end I look like a Golem with dirty blond hair. Then we go to the ocean and wash off and our hair is amazingly soft.

Amber put her Mousse stuff in my hair and its all curly and wonderful. We went to the boardwalk last night and rode various rides (although this year everybody isn't scared of an impending hurricane, so there are actual lines). The whole time we were talking about parabolas, cosines and sines, patronuses, animaguses, and various other nerd like talk.

And then we go home, do some "work" in the bathroom (meaning I do work while Amber watches tv) and go to bed, only to wake up at 8 in the morning >.<.

Well, I'm going to go do various things that don't involve work. I shall return I am sure. Later, minions.

Due for another breakdown?

I'm headed for it definitely. I'm going on back to back semi-stressful vacations and when I get back...
HEY SCHOOL.
Bleh. At least my summer homework is starting to bother me less. Still, junior year looms (and as a matter of fact, so does senior year...and college...and the fact that I never get to be five again)
I want to be five again. Is that so much to ask.
I want a damn time turner.
Can't wait for Cincy in November, except this time I'll actually have work to do.
Later, Minions

Excuses, Excuses

I'm completely on task.
Sure.....
I did finish two of my summer reading books (Jane Eyre and the Writer's Presence)(I still have to do the assignments, but they shouldn't take that long/won't be that difficult)
I'm halfway through I Am a Strange Loop. This guy is going on a rant and never shuts up. I just want it over with.
Probably begin To The Lighthouse before the beach and finish it there. Plan to have all english done by greece. And possibly chinese. (Maybe...)
Then I'll wipe out APUSH on the plane, redo math (in twenty minutes) and I'll be done!
It sounds a little too simple to be true.
I'm gonna go work on that goal. See you later.
